Quality starts with sourcing. We buy to client specification from vetted operators, insurers, distributors and repair centres, returning any stock that fails to meet compliance or cosmetic standards.

Every handset is then processed in controlled clean-room conditions: tested, repaired with OEM parts, data-wiped to military-grade standards, regraded and released.

Similarly, all movement through our logistics network is monitored via live API feeds and TAPA-accredited carriers, ensuring the device you approved is the one that reaches your customer.
