We hire across two main areas – operational and technical. Though these are quite different, they both benefit from the same culture of teamwork, trust and pride that applies to everyone in the Bamboo family.

Across both paths, we promote from within wherever possible. It’s part of our DNA. Our Head of Operations began as a technician; others have risen from data entry to management. Every success story here is proof that potential is recognised and rewarded.

Operational roles form the backbone of Bamboo Connect. More than 80% of our team live within 15 miles of our headquarters. We value stability and loyalty, so all operational roles are permanent – no agency contracts, no shift work, no bank holiday demands. Predictable hours mean people can plan their lives confidently and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Professional and technical roles drive innovation, analytics and client solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues and leaders who’ve built Bamboo Connect from the ground up.
